The North Shore of Lake Superior is on the eastern edge of the Boundary Waters Canoe Wilderness Area (BWCAW). Every year, thousands of people visit the BWCA and Quetico Provincial park to canoe and camp in one of North America’s last wilderness frontiers, untouched by mankind.
